This position is an in-office position when not traveling.Key *Leadership, Management and Accountability for yourself and your team.Develop and manage an effective sales strategy to achieve RESCOs growth objectives.Identify and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Develop targeted campaigns to find new opportunities.Work with leadership to grow business opportunities with future vision of building sales and marketing norms and processes.Prepare sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with Senior Management.*Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or CPG industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with previous team leadership experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Base salary.Commission based on sales performance.Comprehensive benefits package to include a 401k match up to 4%.We Honestly Care, We Push for Better, We Dont Miss If you share our values and are passionate about driving results, we invite you to join our team and help us deliver Exceptional Sales Support for our clients.Job *** Full-timeBase, plus commission and benefits.
