Our client, a leading hospitality company, is looking for a Client Relations Manager for their office in Midtown Manhattan. The individual will assure new owners understand their paperwork and contract, assist them in making their reservations and confirm owners have all the information they need to feel comfortable with their purchase. They are also responsible for working closely with Sales and Hospitality team to maintain a high quality of customer service and respond to internal and external customer requests in a timely manner. This Associate level role operates fully onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; our client cannot provide sponsorship at this time.Salary: $28hrly + OT while temp, once perm $80K Base + OTMUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING EVERY WEEKEND!Responsibilities:Assure new owners understand their paperwork and contracts, assisting them in making their reservations and assuring owners have all the information they need to feel comfortable with their purchaseDirectly responsible for follow-up and post-sale contact with new owners to assist in the reduction of cancels and kicksFollow up with Corporate Contracts in regards to all client paperworkResponsible for working closely with the Sales and Hospitality team to maintain a high quality of customer serviceManage pending contracts, contracts in suspense, and aging reportsGenerate owner lead referrals at point of sale and other customer contactAdministration of Elevated Rewards membership, anti-recession program, and FDI exception processProvide technical assistance, support, and advice to owners regarding the product and services associated with ownershipUse knowledge of contract information, Club rules/regulations, and loyalty programs to recommend membership options to individuals in accordance with their own goalsFollow up with any Club Owner service queries, with an emphasis on maintaining all accurate paperwork on closings and deals and accurately updating all open filesManage product "lifestyle memberships" between owners and institutionsProvide managerial support for the administration of the Owners referral programAlways exhibit a professional, friendly and courteous demeanor in all dealings with guests, Management, and other Sales and Marketing Team Members at the Sales GalleriesCommitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and Team Members at all timesSupport Sales in owner contract fulfillment and communicationAssist in product training to Sales and other departments to ensure their commitment and understanding of the ownership process and proceduresDevelop, coach, and assist in training the Quality Assurance team and proper documentation proceduresLiaise with Sales, Contracts, Corporate and Hospitality departments as well as identifies improvements through process reviewsCreate and maintain team working schedule including PTO requestsAd Hoc reporting as requested by managementRequired Qualifications:Experience in a similar roleIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
