Summary/Objective:As an Email & Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You will also be responsible for the D2C marketing calendar and creating marketing creative briefs. You will leverage HubSpot to manage email lists, segment audiences, and automate workflows. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical know-how to drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, with a focus on lead nurturing, customer retention, and revenue generation.HubSpot Management: Manage and optimize email marketing efforts through HubSpot, including list segmentation, workflow automation, A/B testing, and reporting.Multi-Channel Campaign Management: In addition to managing the email campaigns, this person will also track and manage all the channels campaigns and calendar in HubSpot.Content Creation: Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling email copy, subject lines, and visuals that drive engagement.Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies, track leads through the marketing funnel, and implement flows for the ultimate goal of conversions, up-sell and cross-sell.A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize email campaigns to improve performance, using metrics such as subject lines, design elements, and CTAs.Database Segmentation & List Management: Maintain and segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns comply with email marketing laws and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and follow industry best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing objectives and product launches.Requirements:Experience: 7+ years of experience in email marketing and campaign management, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email marketing, automation, CRM management, and reporting.Email Marketing Tools: Familiarity with other email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus, but HubSpot experience is required.Technical Skills: Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting is a plus.Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills, with experience using HubSpot's reporting tools, Google Analytics, or other reporting platforms to measure campaign performance.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy that resonates with different audiences.Creativity & Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging campaigns and solve challenges.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Bonus Qualifications:Experience in B2B or B2C email marketingKnowledge of advanced segmentation strategiesFamiliarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaSupervisory Responsibility:No direct supervisor responsibilities.Environmental/Physical Requirements:May sit or stand for long periods of timeCrouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basisOperating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularlyMust be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basisFLSA Status: ExemptHours- Full Time: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (One hour lunch), Monday - Friday Position Location: St. Petersburg, FLTravel: No travel requirements ADA/EEO: The employer will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the American Disabilities Act of 1990.
