This role requires a strategic sales professional with a strong background in custom-engineered electronic components and a proven track record in business development.Key *Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.Analyze market needs and collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product offerings.Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.Develop and maintain account and territory plans to ensure sustainable growth.Acquire new OEM clients and increase sales volume with existing customers.Provide regular reports on account status, projects, and key initiatives to sales management.Offer insights on product design and development based on customer feedback.Ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities, including forecasting and expense reporting.Stay up to date with company products and actively participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.Qualifications & **Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on technology sales.Experience with custom-engineered/engineered-to-build products.Industry knowledge of battery technology, DC-DC converters, power supplies, and backup power systems.Knowledge of UL standards is preferred. Strong understanding of custom-engineered electronic components.Proven track record in OEM product sales, including established industry contacts.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, from operations to C-suite executives.Must be able to travel as required.
