Job ***** S&S Truck Parts is a 70-year-old company which sells class 6, 7, and 8 truck parts through a network of strategic distributors. S&S Truck Parts is owned by Investcorp, a private equity growth firm, and is run by the family which started the business with the focus on continuing the unprecedented growth achieved over the past 6 years. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) acquires, develops, and implements individual strategic plans for highly valued regional prospects and strategic regional accounts. These strategic plans should support the customer/prospects business while increasing internal revenue and profits. Strategic planning would include developing customized programs, customer incentive programs, product conversions, training sessions, and field engagement. Business acquisition would include prospecting, negotiating, building private label programs, pricing, and overall winning accounts from our competitors.Essential Functions/Key ResponsibilitiesGrowing Base BusinessEstablish key C-Suite relationships Conduct quarterly customer KPI meetings Revenue performance for each prospect and strategic accountEngage in creating conversion opportunities from competitorsBuild relationships with customers by using knowledge and experienceAcquiring New AccountsEstablish key C-Suite relationships Build and manage your pipelineClose new business opportunitiesImplement new account winsAll other duties assigned as business needs deem necessary.
