As a Sales Representative at TTC NA, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and distributing precision Swiss machine parts. You will manage existing accounts, cultivate new business relationships, and drive sales through a combination of in-person visits, phone calls, and emails. You will work closely with our US-based sales team and international partners to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Account Management & Growth: Service existing accounts and proactively establish new ones by managing a structured daily schedule of calls (phone, email, in-person) to both current and potential customers.Business Development: Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and identify new business opportunities.Industry Networking: Develop and expand a network of contacts and partnerships within the industry.Customer Retention: Provide exceptional service to current customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.Product Knowledge & Sales Support: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications, while preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our products.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales goals.Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system, and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.Travel Requirements: Travel a minimum of 4 days per week for client visits, with overnight travel (approximately 25% of the time) within a 2-4 hour driving radius.Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company at industry trade shows as needed.Ongoing Training: Participate in training programs, including potential courses in Italy and Europe.Work Hours & Benefits:Schedule: Monday - Friday, with hours based on client meetings and travel.Vacation & Sick Leave: Paid time off available.Health Insurance: Reimbursement plan.Retirement Plan: Opportunity for company-contributed retirement savings.Company Car: Provided for business and personal use, with insurance and maintenance coverage.Tools Provided: Laptop and phone for business use.Travel: All travel expenses covered, including international travel to visit our headquarters and suppliers.Qualifications & Skills:Customer Service Excellence: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Sales Focused: Proven track record in meeting sales targets and goals.Territory Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a defined sales territory.Prospecting: Ability to identify and convert leads into new business.Self-Motivated: Independent and driven to succeed.Adaptability: Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills.Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and communicate detailed product information.Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.Compensation:Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.Performance-based bonuses available for exceeding sales targets.
