Position: Client Partner - Cloud & Infra SalesLocation: Dallas AreaExperience: Minimum 12 Years of ExperiencePersistent Systems is a technology services company builds software that drives our customers business, delivering digital business acceleration and enterprise modernization for businesses across industries and geographies and on an exponential growth path to be a $ 1B revenue company.We are recruiting a Client Partner who will be responsible for leading sales activities in his/her respective region for our Enterprise Digital Transformation business primarily driven by cloud migration/cloud adoption and Infrastructure solution.This is a quota carrying role and responsibilities will include lead generation, prospecting, identifying, qualifying and creating opportunities and selling Persistent cloud services includes cloud migration, cloud onboarding, cloud security, and Infrastructure services to ISV, and Hi-Tech Industries. Industries. Key to the role is to inspire customers on their digital transformation / software driven business journey and how Persistent could play an integral part in that journey. Thinking out of the box and demonstrating the art of the possible is key to this role.This role is for you if:You are passionate about the innovation economy, love to dabble in next-gen technologies and excited about the future that technology is shapingHave Demonstrable experience in selling Cloud and Infrastructure services to Hitech & ISV industries.Have a successful track record of opening new logosHave Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.Are able to communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1,CXO-2 and CXO-3 levels)Key Responsibilities includeIdentify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and LOBs in enterprises in both new and existing accountsConsultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customersCreate and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiationCustomer solution selling that could include software licenses for persistent and partner solution and servicesBuilding and Managing a strong Sales PipelineAnchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, and external partnersPartner with sales and channel organizations of software vendor(s) / Persistent Systems partners driving joint demand generation and jointly closing license and services revenueAttributes:BE/BS Degree (MBA Preferred)Hustler who believes in getting things done both internally and for the customerPassion and commitment to customer successExperience in selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Services.Strong understanding of Cloud computing, Infrastructure (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), and security solutions (SOC, SIEM, Zero Trust, IAM, Endpoint Security and Cloud Security)Hands-on with demos and proposalsEnterprise-wide solution selling capabilitiesExcellent, context-specific communication and presentation skillsTeam player with strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on constructive feedback/coaching and make definitive changesAbility to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologiesEnterprise solution sales experienceDemonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role for a product or services organization working with enterprisesExperience working with offshore presales and delivery teams is desirableTrack record of opening new logosDemonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.Experience in selling digital product engineering services and solutions.Excellent Relationship Building Skills.
