We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Account Manager 2nd Shift (3PM to 1:30AM) to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, facilitating sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. If you have a passion for aviation sales and a track record of building strong client connections, we want to hear from you!Minimum of three years of related Sales Experience required.Experience in the aviation industry required.Experience working with commercial aircraft component sales required.Your role will take you to new heights, as you'll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries and account management matters.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.Respond promptly to requests for quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.Manage and optimize inbound sales opportunities by analyzing inventory and market trends.Collaborate with vendors and brokers to obtain competitive pricing and delivery information.Maintain and update the Open Order Report to ensure seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.Identify opportunities to diversify and expand product offerings based on customer needs.Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.Provide outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.Work closely with internal teams, including the repair team, to manage material repairs, modifications, and inventory levels.Attend industry conferences and conduct site visits to strengthen customer relationships.Assist in setting pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales leadership and product line teams.Maintain professionalism and uphold KP Aviation's core values in all business interactions.To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:Minimum of three years of sales experience in the aviation industry, specifically in commercial aircraft component sales.Strong technical understanding of aviation sales and aftermarket components.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple accounts effectively.Knowledge of industry regulations, certification, and traceability requirements.Secondary school completion required; some university coursework preferred.Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.Availability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) as required.
