Client Services Coordinator

The law firm of Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM Law) seeks a versatile and dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team in a service-oriented, on-site role. Desired candidates must be self-motivated, highly organized, and reliable, with superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. **Prepare conference rooms, reception area, and hospitality kitchen at the start of each dayClear items, wipe surfaces, turn on and check PCs for updates, ensure wireless hardware is charged, restock pens and waters, contact appropriate resources for assistance with maintenance or technical supportMaintain all conference rooms and front office common areas throughout the day, ensuring all are ready for use if not occupiedAnswer, screen, and direct calls using multi-line telephone systemProvide basic information regarding parking, directions, etc. for visitors over the phone and in personPromptly greet and direct visitors to conference roomsGreet and direct vendors, service technicians, and couriersValidate guest parkingProcess payments for visiting clientsCoordinate copying, scanning, and printing services for guestsManage and coordinate conference room calendar throughout the dayNotify building security of scheduled visitors and track/manage guest security passesPlan, prepare, and support firm and client meetings/events in consultation with attorneys, staff, or Office ManagerAudio Visual requirementsVideo Conferencing needsFood and beverage requestsPlace and coordinate catering orders for internal and client meetings/eventsProvide instructions and guidance to staff and attorneys on office procedures and systems as neededUtilize firm's information systemsSubmit maintenance and janitorial requests to property management as neededProvide support and back-up coverage for Office Services Coordinator and Office Manager as necessary**Excellent client service and professionalismWorking knowledge of various types of technologyLaw firm or hospitality experience desired but not requiredAbout GSRM LawGSRM Law is a full service law firm with 34 attorneys whose practices emphasize corporate and commercial work for businesses and individuals nationwide.
