The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing customers in order to drive sales growth. This role requires sales acumen and outstanding customer service skills to foster long-term partnerships with customers.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain relationships with existing Multifamily clientsInteract daily with property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnelSite visits to measure for flooring and prepare quotesWork closely with internal customer service and dispatch team to ensure high level of serviceRepresent the organization at industry eventsProvide quality control and other assigned tasksProactively identify opportunities to expand existing business with customersDesired Skills and *Strong customer service mentality with the ability to empathize with client situationsExperience in the apartment industry or a desire to learn the businessAbility to read and interpret floor plansExcellent organization and time management skillsOutstanding face-to-face client communication skills requiredAbility to learn CRM and software applicationsSalary & ****Salary will be commensurate with experience401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matchingFirst year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time offMedical paid by employer at 75%Great corporate culture and working environment
