Americas KAM, Ambient OEM CommercialDepartment: SalesBusiness Unit: Ambient OEMRegion: AmericasLocation: Pittsburgh, PA preferred / East CoastWe are seeking a Key Account Manager for our Private Label business. The role is focused on driving strategic growth and operational excellence within the Americas for the Ambient OEM business, with a key emphasis on defining and executing account-level strategies for relevant categories (Canned, RTE) in alignment with the overarching Americas regional strategy. This position requires end-to-end ownership of the P&L, ensuring topline and bottom-line performance while fostering commercial excellence through strong customer relationships, account penetration, and cross-category sales. The role also involves seamless collaboration with demand planning, supply chain, and R&D teams to support innovation and operational efficiency, while contributing to a cohesive and collaborative Americas team culture.Key Accountabilities:Strategic Direction:Develop and execute sales strategies, prioritize accounts, and support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with relationship management and negotiations.Set customer-level KPIs, monitor performance, and close gaps to meet targets.Evaluate and recommend projects and investments to align with Americas commercial strategy.P&L Growth:Drive and be accountable for topline and bottom-line performance for key accounts.Ensure profitability within the agreed COGS baseline and mitigate financial risks.Set annual financial targets and collaborate on volume forecasts.Commercial Excellence:Share insights from US/Canada markets with the Americas team.Strengthen relationships with existing accounts while driving new account penetration and pipeline growth.Increase share of wallet and cross-category sales while improving service levels and satisfaction.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and sustainability developments.Operational Collaboration:Provide sales forecasts to demand planning for seamless supply chain coordination.Offer feedback on production service levels and enhance the demand planning process.Innovation Collaboration:Work with Ambient OEM R&D teams on customer development projects and new product innovations.Align with R&D to prioritize efforts and co-create solutions with key customers.People and Culture Leadership:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, collaborative team across different locations.Foster a cohesive working environment and drive team alignment on goals and objectives.Candidate Profile:Personal Competencies:Expertise in B2B OEM sales, regional sales strategy, and P&L ownership.Proven ability to solve complex problems and develop long-term strategies.Strong relationship management and customer development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.International experience in global plant sourcing and virtual team building.Travel Required: YesLanguage Skills: Proficient in English (Spanish preferred).A career at Thai Union is a unique experience to grow as a professional and as a person.
