They are part of a wider $2bn revenue group with a 20+ years track record in leading and growing digital marketplaces.They are looking to hire multiple people to add to their 200+ strong sales campus in the heart of Richmond, Virginia.Essential skillsDegree educated, from a known in-person college or university.A minimum of 2 years commercial experience in sales, ideally B2B or digital marketing.Background ideally within Marketing, SaaS, Logistics, Real Estate or Med Device or similar industries.New Business focused attitude via outbound phone calls to prospects and other proactive outreach methods to grow a sales pipeline and close new business.Have a VISA to work in the US. No sponsorship is available.ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed sales targetsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiations with senior-level executivesBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with customersBenefits package$65-70k base with an realistic OTE of $120k+.
