The ideal candidate will help identify new business opportunities, manage agency relationships, and ensure the growth of the company's distribution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proactive approach to business strategy. The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with senior management to help drive revenue and expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential opportunitiesIdentify and target new opportunities and prospective distributors through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry eventsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to build targeted campaigns and outreach strategiesDistribution Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributorsCoordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their business needs and offer customized solutionsSupport the onboarding of new distributors and ensure a smooth transitionProposal & Presentation Preparation:Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business opportunitiesEnsure all materials are aligned with the company's brand and objectivesPrepare and review necessary documentation to close business dealsSales Support & Coordination:Collaborate with the sales team to support the execution of sales strategies and goalsTrack and report on sales, opportunities, and pipeline progressOrganize and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations to key stakeholdersProject Management & Administration:Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between the business development team and other departmentsMaintain a database of prospects, clients, and leads in the company's CRM systemPrepare internal and external reports on business development activities and performanceEvent Planning & Networking:Organize and coordinate industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesAttend events to represent the company, gather industry insights, and cultivate business relationshipsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field2+ years of experience in business development or sales (experience in relevant industry preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience with lead generation tools and platformsFamiliarity with business development strategies, market research, and sales pipelinesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCompensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesPaid Time OffGenerous paid holiday scheduleCasual office environmentRetirement plan with company matchHealth insurance benefitsHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their experience and suitability for the role.This job description is designed to outline the main duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator position but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all tasks.
