We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.About the jobWe are looking for a Personal lines Account Manager to join our team in Mesa.About UsJELMS Insurance Group is an established Independent Agency located in Mesa, AZ for over 19 years focusing on personal and commercial property and casualty insurance. We commit to understanding the unique needs of every client, ensuring they get the precise coverage they need, no detail too small.Job ScopeResponsible for acting as the primary contact for our existing personal lines customers. Manage all client relations and services within your assigned book of business. Work with our group of insurance companies on our clients behalf to communicate policy changes, renewal terms, and be able to prepare and provide new premium estimations for existing clients.Responsibilities Include:Provide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions and endorsements Work to manage clients' expectationsFollow up via phone or email with clientsUse every opportunity to confirm and update client contact informationEducate clients on the benefits of using our agencyService Personal Lines accounts in a manner so as to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposuresDocument the management systemFollow agency service standards on follow up and follow throughConduct account reviewsComplete 100% of account reviews assigned to you each week. This includes reviewing potential discounts and coverage gapsContact the client for a formal review that improves the client relationship, generates opportunity and reduces remarketingFollow agency remarketing guidelinesConduct audits on new business filesCheck new business files for accuracySend any onboarding materials to clients post-saleUpdate any missed new business itemsSell new business for the agencyTake new business opportunities and quote them either on the phone or book an appointment with the person to review quotes no more than 48 hours laterFollow the agency sales processFollow up according to the sales processHold the target agency closing ratioWhat You'll NeedAbility to Problem Solve, think quick, logically, and independently to meet agency goals and KPI's.Organizational skills with the ability to transition quickly from one task to another;Work well under pressure and short deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPrior Property and Casualty work experienceActive State of Arizona Insurance License for Property and CasualtyWho You AreConfident and self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and innovate.Energetic and positive attitudeStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
