The EB-3 director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the EB3 program. This includes managing the sales, marketing and operational parts of the business. This person will report the EB3 business results to the Board of Directors and report to the President with responsibility for sales targets, and EBITDA. This person will be responsible for recruiting team members as needed and per the company hiring plan, participate in relevant DC initiatives and act as a thought leader in person and online to the FN and EB3 community. We expect a leader in this role to evaluate technology and business process to manage program costs and deliver high quality results. ResponsibilitiesDirector will oversee and manage cross-departmental teams, including the EB-3 business development team, sales team, marketing team, and operations team ensuring efficiency and optimal results across all functions. Leadership & Strategy:Lead and manage the EB-3U division, developing strategies for program growth, optimization, and client satisfaction. Foster a cross-departmental flow of information and efficiencies. Serve as a key point of contact for departmental managers and directors and advise on strategies for visa processing, client services and sales development. Assist in the identification and recruitment of key leadership talent to support departmental needs. EB-3 Visa Sales Management: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute comprehensive plans aligned with company objectives, including market analysis, target customer identification, and pricing strategies. Train and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching, feedback, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals. Establish clear sales targets and analyze sales data to identify trends and hold team members accountable for results. Ensure sales and marketing teams possess in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of EB-3 visa immigration processes and the changing competitive landscape. Client and Partner Relationship Management:Develop and oversee strategies to maintain strong relationships with foreign national candidates and employers, making sure teams are offering personalized advice and guidance throughout the EB-3 visa process. Establish processes to provide personalized responses to client questions, resolve problems, and promote client satisfaction. Implement client service standards, audit procedures, and identify areas for service improvement. Monitor case progress in the company's tracking system and ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. Process Management:Provide strategic oversight of the entire EB-3 visa application process, from labor certification (PERM) to I-140 petition filing and I-485 adjustment of status (if applicable). Coordinate with employers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications. Reporting & Performance Metrics:Deliver regular reports to BDV Board and Executive Team on program performance, visa processing status, risks and opportunities in the marketplace, and other critical issues. Contribute to the development of reports for BDV Board of Directors. QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, JD / Law, or related field. Advanced degree(s) in immigration law or business management a plus. Experience:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in progressive managerial and financial statement oversite. U.S. immigration services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on US immigrant visas a plus. Extensive knowledge of immigration visa procedures, including labor certification, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status processes a plus. Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with other employment-based visa programs (e.g., EB-3 Skilled, H2B, J-1, TN) is a plus. Knowledge of PERM labor certification and prevailing wage determinations. Strong understanding of government agencies involved in immigration (USCIS, Department of Labor, etc.). Expertise in sales principles and practices to drive successful sales cycles. Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships to build loyalty and repeat business.
