Sales Manager

Our client a leading Real Estate Company based in Dallas, TX are looking to add to their team a Sales Desk Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales and operations within the Capital Markets division. The role will be responsible for coaching, leading and mentoring a team of 8x internal and external wholesalers in order to develop, implement, and reach/exceed their identified sales goals.**Series 7, 24 and 63College degree in related field5+ years of experience selling alternative investment products3+ years of team management experienceDevelop and implement new sales initiatives and strategiesManage sales programs accordinglyMust have excellent time management skillsExperience with SalesForce and SalesForce reporting**$100,000 - $150,000 base salaryAll in compensation package OTE - $200,000 - $300,000
