What You'll DoStrategic Growth Leadership - Develop and execute a franchise growth strategy to expand our footprint with high-caliber franchisees who strengthen unit economics and brand success.Sales Optimization & Performance - Analyze sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and conversion strategies to maximize efficiency, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall development team success. Lead Generation Excellence - Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and outreach strategies for high-quality candidate acquisitionFranchise Sales Management - Drive the end-to-end franchise sales process, from prospecting and qualifying candidates to negotiating and closing deals.Building & Developing High-Performing Teams - Hire, coach, and lead a team of top-tier sales professionals, fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture rooted in accountability and success.Regulatory & Compliance Oversight - Ensure adherence to all state and federal franchise disclosure laws, maintaining FDD compliance and transparency throughout the sales process.Brand Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work alongside executive leadership, marketing, operations teams, and shared support partners to align franchise development with the broader brand vision.Process & Candidate Experience - Streamline systems, improve efficiencies, and design a seamless candidate journey that sets up new franchisees for success.What We're Looking ForFranchise Sales Leadership Experience - A proven track record of leading, growing, and optimizing franchise sales teams with measurable results in system expansion and revenue growth.FDD & Compliance Expertise - Deep knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and their role in the sales process.CRM & Data-Driven Sales Approach - Proficiency in CRM tools like FranConnect (or similar), leveraging data to track, measure, and optimize the development pipeline and team performance. High-Level Negotiation & Financial Acumen - Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and close franchise agreements with financial and analytical expertise. Leadership & Team Development - A natural coach and mentor who builds high-energy, accountable teams while driving a results-focused culture. Strong Communication & Relationship Skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Results-Driven & Resilient - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a relentless focus on goals and outcomes.Local to the greater Cincinnati area or open to relocation to lead the development team from the corporate office location.
