As a Solutions Account Manager, youll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while managing the entire partnership lifecycle. You'll help drive the adoption and success of advanced clinical solutions in critical care, anesthesia, and other specialized areas. Collaborating with internal teams, executives, and strategic partners, you'll contribute to the success of the organization and help ensure clients receive the highest quality of care through innovative technology. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing and globally recognized organization.Key *Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initiation through implementation.Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.Facilitate technical demos, ensuring clients understand the value of our technology.Manage negotiations, contracts, and strategic partnerships to ensure smooth execution.Resolve issues, offering creative solutions and ensuring client success.Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the development of marketing materials and product strategy.Required Skills & *Strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and project management skills.In-depth knowledge of clinical and technical landscapes (e.g., Anesthesia, Critical Care, etc.).Ability to navigate complex sales processes and build consensus among stakeholders.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.** Base Salary $120K + $30K Bonus + Commission (Total Comp $150K - $180K)This role is based out of the Streetsboro, OH office- Must be able to commute into the office at least 2x/week
