Regional Sales Manager *This position requires you to be located within your territory of North/West Texas. Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will prioritize sales efforts with both end user and distributors customers to drive positive sales growth within the assigned territory. You will oversee and provide product familiarization and education to end user safety professionals and distributors across all Ergodyne product categories to ensure positive user experience. As the primary sales representative for the region, you will lead and participate in multi-functional team efforts while understanding and effectively communicating all portions of the business. To be successful in this role, you must possess a natural willingness to solve problems utilizing the products and tools offered to you and your customers across the risk hazards focused on and experienced by your customer base. Travel to prospective client sites (end users and distributors) required 65% of the time. You have already accomplished (required):Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field5+ year's Field Selling5+ year's Sales Region ManagementProficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)QSSP CertificationYou may have already accomplished (preferred):Familiarity using CRM SystemsWhat YOU are good at:Can communicate with all styles to foster ever improving teamworkIs organized for productivity and efficiency, yet flexes to anticipate and meet the needs of othersMakes thoughtful, creative, and timely decisions after analyzing situationsStays current.
