Job ***** Regional Sales Manager***** Kansas City***** KansasCornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a luxury retail client in the Kansas area. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury retail accounts, growing sales, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring brand compliance and awareness. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in territory sales management on luxury brands, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. This is an exciting opportunity offering competitive pay, extensive benefits, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and high-performing team.Requirements & Responsibilities for the Regional Sales **Having at least 3+ years of experience in territory sales management (luxury brand experience required)Has proficiency in using MS Office Excel and PowerPoint (reporting and Quarter reviews)Represent the brand and promote awareness within the assigned territory.Identify and secure new luxury accounts while maintaining relationships with existing ones.Manage merchandising, visual displays, and product presentation in retail stores.Provide quarterly updates to leadership and assist with product feedback.Travel at least three days a week within the territory; perform administrative tasks remotely.Compensation for the Regional Sales *Employment **** Direct-hire, Full-time***** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary/***** $75K+ based on experience.***** REMOTE***** Discretionary annual bonusComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401k plan with a 5% employer contributionUp to 30 days of PTOEmployee Assistance ProgramRegular social and team events
