As a Medical Equipment Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales team managing your book of business, developing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales profitability objectives. The territory is greater Baltimore area, and the focus is on the largest and most prestigious healthcare systems within your territory. This role will report to the Regional Sales Director.Responsibilities:Manage and grow opportunities within existing customers while prospecting and developing new business relationshipsMeet monthly and annual sales/revenue targetsBidding/quoting projects and creating proposalsMaintain current and develop new relationships with manufacturer sales representativesIdentify and qualify all the key "Decision Makers" (buying influencers) in all key and target accountsCreate value beyond our products and services in a way that differentiates us from the competitionMaintain good working knowledge of products - be a resource for your customerStay current with industry trendsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experienceMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience in account management or similar rolePrior acute care sales experience a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperienced in Microsoft office products and Salesforce CRMMust live in the geographical location of the positionRegular daily travel within the geographic territory as business needs requireWho you are:Self-motivated and goal orientedHighly organized and strong attention to detailEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong, consistent and competitive work ethicStrong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focusCustomer Centric approachAdaptable to change and ability to work in a face paced work environmentCompensation and Benefits:Commission based with a weekly draw.
