We are actively interviewing for this role and expect to make final decisions by February 7th. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business.Key Responsibilities:~ Key Account Management (Big Box Retailers):Prepare and ship customer orders promptly and accuratelyManage customer returns to ensure excellent customer relationsCollaborate with back office support team on a daily basisDrive new product uploads and approvals~ New Business Development:Explore and pursue new account opportunitiesBuild attainable project timelines and align key stakeholders throughout the process~ Data Entry:Execute accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records~ Errand Running:Undertake various errands to support operational needs~ Invoicing:Create invoices accurately, reflecting transaction details~ Inventory Management:Contribute to efficient inventory management processesQualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with fluctuating prioritiesPrior experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods is a plusFluent in EnglishExpertise with Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge or interest in fine jewelry and fashion accessoriesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededBachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferredCompensation$16/hrWorking Conditions:Full-time position based at our New York, NY locationOn-site work requiredStandard working hours (9:30 - 6 pm ET) with occasional flexibility based on business needsLuvMyJewelry is an equal opportunity employer and encourages individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
