This position involves leading a high-performing sales team, fostering relationships with CXO-level executives, and securing high-value software development outsourcing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software services market and a proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Lead and manage a high-performing team of account executives, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in mid market and enterprise organizations.Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing multi-year, high-value contracts.Present tailored solutions and ROI-driven value propositions to address customer challenges and align with their business goals.Monitor and manage sales pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting on key performance metrics to the leadership team.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure customer needs are met.Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.Ensure adherence to CRM tools and sales processes to optimize pipeline management and improve team efficiency.Represent customer perspectives internally, providing actionable feedback to influence product development and strategic priorities.Skills & Traits Required:Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and managing teams to achieve aggressive sales targets.Metrics-driven "hunter" sales leader with a consultative selling approach, leveraging storytelling and ROI-driven narratives to engage business owners and decision-makers.Proficiency in identifying and addressing pain points unique to mid market and enterprise sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, ensuring trust and long-term customer relationships.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.Self-motivated and adaptable team player with a sense of urgency and resilience in a fast-paced environment.High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering tailored solutions.Education Qualification:Masters in business-related fields are highly preferred.
