You'll manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships to ensure quality, supply stability, and cost competitiveness. Your role will involve developing and executing sourcing strategies, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining a keen awareness of market trends and procurement best practices.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and execution of direct sourcing strategies, including market analysis, supplier negotiations, and contract management.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchants, Product Managers, and the Global Sourcing Office to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.Supplier Management: Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring they meet quality and service standards while maintaining competitive pricing.Category Expertise: Stay current on market trends, supplier economics, and develop cost models to inform strategic decisions.Process Leadership: Manage RFPs, eAuctions, and data-driven supplier selection processes, and ensure alignment with company goals.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3 years of direct sourcing, strategic sourcing, or procurement experience.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in data analytics, contract management tools (e.g., Ariba, Oracle Contracts), and spend analytics.Experience with supplier sourcing and eAuctions.Why Join Us?
