Position Overview:We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with driving revenue through direct sales, product demonstrations, and business development efforts for our residential and commercial furniture offerings. A strong grasp of the sales process and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical abilities, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage B2B relationships across various channels, focusing on wholesale, retail, and distribution for home and office furniture.Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.Expand the customer base, including large retail chains, specialized furniture stores, and office furniture procurement channels within the industry.Create sales strategies and market promotion plans aligned with the companys overall business objectives.Present and introduce the companys product range to potential B2B clients through engaging demonstrations.Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring smooth transactions and progress of business dealings.Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards as per client expectations.Coordinate with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer demands.Provide exceptional post-sales service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts, offering feedback to guide company strategy.Participate in research for new product development, providing insights to enhance product design and features.Regularly generate sales reports, evaluate performance, and work towards achieving set sales goals.Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to optimize results.Qualifications:5 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development within relevant industries (B2B, furniture, equipment, CPG, etc.).Proven experience in expanding customer bases directly.In-depth understanding of the U.S. market, along with strong market analysis and forecasting skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of promoting products and resolving customer issues effectively.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
