Join our growing team at our new Back Bay office next to Newbury Street!Start ** ASAPAgent RecruitingCall and meet agents in the marketplace to connect and provide value.Develop relationships to meet 2 agents per week and showcase our value proposition.Hire 1-2 experienced agents per month.Communicate powerfully about agents barriers to achievement and actively work on solutions.Agent Coaching & DevelopmentPartner with experienced sales agents & train new agents using inspiration, enrollment and teamwork.Develop action plans and follow through with agents on how to best implement our top playbooks and scripts.Host Weekly Practice / Prospecting Events, 1-on-1 Agent Meetings and contribute to Sales Meetings.Attributes & QualificationsReal Estate or Sales Experience Required. Proficiency with the Sales Process and what works in real lifeHigh energy, positive attitude, well-liked and respectedQuality communication with an ability to enroll others into taking on new and effective actionsEnjoys managing several objectives, and takes on accountability to drive the most important onesCollege Graduate (4-Year)** Long term preferred; 3-year minimumIndustry / AboutReal Estate. Were a Century 21 franchise.
