Sales Executive

LOS ANGELES LEGAL ADVOCATES (is looking for a bilingual (english/spanish) speaking sales executive expert in sales.Our next candidate must be a good fit for our culture. We serve the immigrant community and we believe in results. We are a team of Board Certified Immigration Experts, so we know immigration back and forth. Our standards are high- because our immigrant community deserves nothing less.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish;5 years of Sales Experience, be able to close deals on the spot via phone/video call;Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment;MUST maintain strong attention to detail;Assist our clients over the phone with their requests and answer their questions diligently;Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy;Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands;Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments;Organization skills;Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns;Schedule and confirm potential client appointments;Work one-on-one with one of our immigration attorneys working together as a team with the main goal of reaching our sales goals.Responsibilities:Persistently monitor potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone and referrals);Immediately contact every potential client and establish relationship with client after consultation;Negotiate and close telephone or videocalls before scheduling for potential clients;MUST schedule appointments for potential clients through a variety of our tools;Will require a percentage of daily and monthly closing;Follow up with pending inquiries;Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients;Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude even with a high volume of inbound calls.QualificationsSpeak English and Spanish with full proficiencyExcellent verbal skills5 years of sales experienceStrong background with performance-based metricsResourceful and motivated to solve issues as they ariseCustomer service and sales attitudeCalm under pressureDetail-orientedOrganizedStrong ability to multi-taskEffective communicatorBe comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a desktop computer.Schedule:9:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday-FridaySaturdaysJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFree parkingHealth insurancePaid sick timePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Direct sales: 5 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Gardena, CA 90248: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
