Our company is located in San Diego County, CA.Role DescriptionThis is a full-timeon-site role as an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business utilizing company-provided lead generation, managing a portfolio of clients, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The Account Executive will report to their direct manager and work closely with the Owner. ResponsibilitiesMake consistent outbound calls to prospective clients and diligently follow up on leadsManage a pipeline of multiple accounts throughout stages of the sales cycleAnalyze and assess the in-depth needs of potential clientsStrategize deal flow and develop an understanding of financial services offeredMulti-task by navigating between CRM, Outlook, phone system, and calendar with ease.Demonstrate ahunter's mentality in a fast-paced and highly competitive working environmentQualifications/RequirementsPreferred 1+ years sales experience (direct or indirect) with proven sales records of past positionsProficient with MS Office/Outlook, Zoho CRM experience is a plus or experience with a CRMPossess outstanding verbal communication skills and display confidence, energy, and passion on the phoneGoal-oriented and wanting eagerness to learnStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsNot afraid to hear "NO" as an answerStrong Personality with a positive attitudeNice to have (preferred, not required)Inside sales/telemarketing experience (you live on the phone)Ability to Hunt and Farm - Seek new business opportunities and thrive on closing new deals. While understanding the importance of farming - to maintain and ensure customer satisfaction for long-term client relationships and repeat business.Previous experience selling vehicles, insurance, or any other experience with heavy commission-based incentive rolesFinance/Banking Experience, specifically Small Business Banking experienceIf you are currently, or were recently in an SDR role and would like to leverage those skills to level up with uncapped earnings, we want to talk with you!We offerHourly base wage plus uncapped commission, so there isno limit to how much you can earnExpected first year income On-Target Earnings between $65,000 and $85,000, $100K+ in year 2. Based upon little to no experience in Industry Sales.Monthly and quarterly incentives and competitionsSimple IRA - with company matchingMedical benefits available (50% paid by CSC for employees only) Dental and Vision benefitsPTO and paid holidaysPerksFull pay early off every Friday (2pm).
