You will report to your regional Vice President.The Perks:Uncapped earning potential: Base + Commission Compensation Plan, portfolio equity, uncapped residuals, signing bonus overrides, performance bonuses, incentive trips, and opportunities.True portfolio equity: Even if you leave, you will receive residuals as long as your accounts process with Bevel.Work-life balance.Extensive training support: Think full sales training, marketing and social media support, and a 24/7 US-based service center for clients.Legally binding promises to our clients and our sales team.The Ideal Candidate:Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale sales are preferredTried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top-tier sales teamsKnowledge of the company's products, services, and business operationsAdvanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to solve problems with creative solutions to sales challengesDesire to excel and grow within the organizationProficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work both independently with minimal supervisionAblility to work from office locationMultilingual candidates are a plusThe Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of merchant servicesGrow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewingSource for top notch sales professionals via social mediaLearn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by BevelDeliver solution-driven presentations to business partnersOrganize your day and week around competing demandsImplement a team strategy to exceed sales and recruiting goalsWork closely with your team on prospecting, training, and developmentAccurately track and record activities in Bevel CRMBe a strong leader and mentor within our organizationServe as local sales manager of designated areas within the divisionPartnership management with owners of banks, associations, VAR's and CPA'sAbout UsWhat we do is simple.
