Dealer Sales Support

The Dealer Sales Support is responsible for providing great customer service to our dealer network. They facilitate and promote marketing programs, triage incoming telephone calls, assist with dealer set-ups, and provide support to dealers and customers.Essential FunctionsTriage and support various incoming calls, not limited to, online portal support, dealer account updates, and misdirected customers/dealersResponsible for gathering prospective dealer application information and processing set-ups for decisioned dealersComplete follow-up calls to assist in updating dealer account maintenance, sales information, and dealer complianceHelp assist account managers with their region as necessaryPerforms various administrative duties including imaging files, printing documents, and compiling promotional packetsCreation and sending of Welcome Packets, Aqua Bucks, and other dealer requested formsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required 2 years of experience in Reporting, Sales, or Customer Service, or related work experience, requiredFinancial industry experience preferredAttention to detail and accuracy requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredProficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds. This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
