Account Manager

We are currently recruiting a business professional to join a growing company as an Account Manager. This person will have a blended role of account management and sales support on a newly created personal lines account team. Responsibilities of the Account **Resolve complex customer service problems directly and act as day-to-day contact for assigned clients Take lead on designated ** prepare, collect and review competitive proposals, prepare renewal presentation illustrating market offerings and present to lead agent Compose business correspondence for supervisors, managers and professionals Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods Generate client interest in additional lines of coverage and cross serving opportunities Process, prepare, and submit applications for coverage to insurance carriers Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing Conduct client meetings as needed and support client service team members Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer for use in preparing documents and adjusting accounts Transferable Skills Needed of the Account **Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization Organizing and Planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner Positive attitude - interface with peers and clients in a pleasant and cooperative manner with an outstanding approach to customer service Adaptable/flexible - comfortable working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment Relationship building - establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing a constructive and cooperative working rapport Requirements for the Account *Bachelors degree Katapult Network is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms.
