This role is perfect for a highly driven individual with a passion for luxury products and sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating relationships, and introducing our premium products to new and existing customers in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of success in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and engage new customers within your designated territory. Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.Sales Process Management: Drive the entire sales process"”from prospecting to closing"”by scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, and understanding customer needs and requirements.Account Growth: Respond to inquiries from existing customers, introduce new products and services, and expand business within existing accounts.Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.Industry Networking: Represent Poggesi at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our products and expand our network.Territory Travel: Travel within your assigned territory (at least 50% of the time) to meet clients and grow business relationships.Qualifications:Sales Experience: Proven experience selling luxury products, ideally within the hospitality, hotel, or leisure industries.Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to diverse groups, including managers, clients, and industry stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and other relevant sales tools.Mathematical Ability: Comfortable with calculations involving discounts, commissions, percentages, and basic algebraic and geometric concepts.Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Conversational Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes: Thorough, accurate, efficient, and dependable.
