Powered by advanced machine learning, Monalee makes it possible for homeowners across the nation to go solar at half the price compared to traditional solar companies in their area.Monalees mission is to accelerate home electrification by making installing solar, storage and EV more trustworthy, transparent, and accessible for homeowners everywhere.To date, Monalee has served thousands of customers across 24 states.The Role:We are seeking motivated and experienced solar professionals to join our team. We have a high interest in homeowners inquiring online about purchasing solar, storage and EV charging. Your role is to convert these interested homeowners into buyers. This is typically accomplished via answering technical questions, explaining the process and helping them decide on the best buying option for them.*Conduct virtual consultations with potential customers to determine their solar & storage needs and provide solutionsAble to handle 5+ pre-booked appointments per dayMeet targets of onboarding / signing up at least 15 homeowners a monthManage a full pipeline & CRM with our dedicated project managersProvide updates and reports to managementFull time Monday - Friday, Weekends optionalAbout You:Proven experience in a B2C sales roleStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsSolar experience is requiredThe **Stock Options / Equity in an early stage, high growth companyPeak mental performance programs and professional developmentHealth, Dental and Vision insuranceFlexible schedule - fully remotePaid time offPaid trainingThis is a salary + bonus position.
