Client Care Coordinator Zip code 10004 Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $30-$33/hour Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals and families. Provide short-term counseling, workshops, and group sessions. Refer clients to community resources for long-term services. Identify and address needs related to domestic violence, mental illness, substance abuse, or child welfare. Develop and implement service plans for children in collaboration with teachers and parents. Facilitate playgroups and workshops to address trauma. Escort clients to appointments and participate in evening, weekend, or holiday schedules as needed. Qualifications: LMSW/LMHC required within 90 days of hire.
