Job Title: Account Executive - Solutions SalesFull Time - HybridDallas, TXCompensation:Salary $60,000 plus commission.Job Summary: We are seeking a persuasive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to engage professionals and encourage them to purchase our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, including cold calling and strategically negotiating terms of sale to close deals.Key Responsibilities:Schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, veterinarians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals.Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new sales leads.Present company products to potential and existing customers and effectively persuade them to make purchases.Identify customers needs and recommend company products that best fulfill those needs.Maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.Arrange conferences and group events for medical professionals.Regularly attend industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.Research competitors' products, pricing, and market success.Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department.Prepare sales reports and territory analyses, submitting them to management.Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or a related field preferred.Valid drivers license.Proven medical sales experience is a plus.Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills(Spanish required).Exceptional customer service skills.At HireHealth, we celebrate and embrace the diversity of our team and the communities we serve.
