POSITION: Senior Manager, Consumer Products Licensing DEPARTMENT: Commercial / Licensing REPORTS TO: CCOPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Consumer Products Licensing to lead and execute our licensing strategies, fostering partnerships that drive revenue growth and align with our brand objectives. This role will involve developing licensing strategies, negotiating agreements, and identifying new opportunities while managing a team to deliver excellence in execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, market analysis expertise, and a deep understanding of brand management.Responsibilities:Develop Licensing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive licensing plans to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.Negotiate Licensing Agreements: Lead negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial licensing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.Identify New Licensing Opportunities: Proactively research and analyze market trends to identify and pursue new licensing opportunities in the consumer products space.Manage Team Execution: Oversee and mentor a team to ensure successful execution of licensing strategies, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align licensing strategies with overall business plans and brand objectives.Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with current and prospective licensing partners.Ensure Alignment with Objectives: Monitor and ensure that licensing deals meet the company's strategic and financial goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or related roles, with a strong track record of securing and managing licensing agreements.Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with external partners.Strong market analysis capabilities, including the ability to identify and capitalize on licensing opportunities.Expertise in brand management and aligning licensing activities with overall brand strategy.Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and business development teams.Desired Competencies:Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and connect it to actionable steps.Outward-facing and proactive, with a talent for identifying and building partnerships.High degree of business acumen and decision-making authority in strategy, negotiation, and partnerships.Why Join Us?🌟Bring Trends to Life- We don't just follow what's next"”we create it. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
