Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms.Support the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.Source and curate visual assets for marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.Track campaign performance, prepare status reports, and contribute ideas to optimize marketing efforts.RequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).Up to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or event coordination.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in a team-oriented setting.Nice-to-HavesExperience in B2B marketing or industrial services.Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Location & Work EnvironmentThis role is based in Orange, CA, and involves office-based and field marketing responsibilities.
