About the CompanyOur client is a part of the USD 21 billion group with more than 200,000 professionals across 90 countries, helping over 930 global customers including Fortune 500 companies.Role- BPO/BPS Sales Lead Location- Dallas, TX (Onsite)Experience- 10-15+ YearsResponsibilitiesPosition our client's as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and value-creator to clients.Responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish and work closely with teams from different parts of businessResponsible for ensuring growth and profitability of the new logo accounts that are won, effectively handhold and manage client relationships at the appropriate levelFurther look for white spaces to increase penetration and revenue via Proactive & Reactive opportunitiesEmpathize with every aspect of customer experience & success of the customerCoordinate with operations & ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goalsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholdersPrimary accountability of account P&LNegotiate contracts & close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales targetsQualificationsGood experience of working with BPS/BPO organization in past and understand the nuances of Contact Center operations & this industry trendsExperience in managing multi-million-dollar deals and adding new accounts as well as managing existing clients.Strong BPO/BPS sales process and operations skills (pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needsUnderstanding of digital solutions & levers for delivering best in class CXDemonstrate ability to communicate, present & influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive & CxO levelGood people management skills with relevant experience of managing different teamsA strong proactive, analytical & entrepreneurial mindset
