The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, assisting clients with benefit inquiries, and conducting benefit plan reviews. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with insurance carriers and clients to ensure effective benefits administration.QualificationsKnowledge of employee benefits programs and regulationsExperience in account management and client relationship managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteInsurance industry experience is a plusBachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
