Check us out at .Why FastSensor?Innovative Technology: Work with a cutting-edge analytics platform that's changing how in-person events are measured and optimized.Direct Impact: Play a key role in shaping our brand's presence and contributing directly to our growth, from case studies to thought leadership.Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams, gaining insight into different parts of the business in a problem-solving, collaborative environment.What You'll DoAccount Management & Customer SuccessServe as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.Build strong relationships and ensure high retention and satisfaction.Understand customer needs and maximize value from FastSensor's solutions.Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow accounts.Manage renewals, ensuring a smooth contract extension process.Sales & Revenue GrowthSpot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features.Work with internal teams (sales, product, operations and marketing) to align on customer needs.Ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of FastSensor products.Proactively address customer concerns and solve issues before they escalate.Data & ReportingTrack account performance using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).Use data insights to recommend strategies and improve engagement.Provide reports on customer health, retention, and revenue impact.What We're Looking For✔ Experience in SaaS account management (agency/channel experience a plus).✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.✔ Technical understanding of SaaS products.✔ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).✔ Analytical mindset - ability to use data to drive decisions.✔ Sales-focused - able to spot growth opportunities within accounts.✔ Knowledge of B2B sales and negotiation.Success in This Role Means...✅ First 60 * Learn FastSensor's tools, processes, and culture.✅ First 90 * Own your accounts, build trust, and ensure smooth onboarding.✅ First 120 ** Drive customer success, expand revenue, and optimize account strategies.
