To learn more about Alcor Solutions, visit is currently seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive with experience in selling ServiceNow solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales professional with a strong track record of success in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering value to clients through the ServiceNow platform and other cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build pipeline opportunities across medium to large enterprise accounts.Drive new business by cold calling, prospecting, and hunting for new logos within current accounts.Focus on opportunities around the ServiceNow suite (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HR), Cloud Strategy, Solutions, and Data Analytics products and services.Sales Execution:Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously, forecasting accurately, and ultimately closing new customers for Alcors range of offerings.Articulate the value proposition of Alcor Solutions and the ServiceNow platform to key decision-makers, from Director-level contacts to CIOs and CFOs, based on a deep understanding of IT operations and management.Sell ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, and HR modules, as well as Alcor's cloud strategy and data analytics solutions.Maintain and build strong relationships with prospects, providing exceptional value and support throughout the sales process.Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.Focus on both short-cycle and long-cycle sales processes, demonstrating an ability to manage diverse opportunities.Sales Goals and Targets:Meet or exceed assigned quotas and revenue targets by closing deals and driving business growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of successful commercial/enterprise technology sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding assigned quotas.Proven history of selling ServiceNow Solutions, IT services and software solutions, with experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions or Data Analytics.Experience in selling ServiceNow solutions is essential.Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), SecOps, GRC, and other relevant ServiceNow modules.Experience in managing a complex sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on long-term strategic relationships.Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, and Directors.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling both short and long sales cycles.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.ServiceNow certifications or relevant IT service management certifications are a plus.
