Regional Sales Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Manager with for a major aerospace production and distribution corporation in the Fayetteville, GA area. The qualified individual will have General Aviation Industry from a Sales Management perspective. This position will lead to a rapid promotion track and requires a candidate ready to move to the next level.** $100,000 to 120,000 Remote / Hybrid **We are looking for someone that can get into the office near the Atlanta airport when needed We are looking for someone with the experience and Maturity to replace the President of Sales in the next few years (Relocation to Atlanta would be required at that time)MUST ***** A strong understanding of General Aviation Industry and Customer NetworkMUST ***** Bachelors DegreeMUST ***** 7+ years of experiences in commercial aviation sales experienceMUST ***** The ability totravel extensively when needed (20% to 50%)**- Leading business development for products and services in the Commercial aviation space- Improve brand loyalty and bring in new business opportunities- Manage high profile accounts through client visits and regular correspondence (Advertising, Merchandising, Promotions)- Forecast short and long term potential sales- Meet sales goals for products and services- Develop sales action plans**- Bachelors degree or a Masters degree- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and- Strong experience with (or equivalent) and desire to utilize the tool. We live in the CRM- An APICS certification would be considered a plus
