We are headquartered in Raleigh, NC and offer services throughout the Eastern US.What we * Paragon Safety Group is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative. We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional to help us grow our business. There will be a heavy focus on growing our construction client base.Job Duties of the Outside Sales RepresentativeProspect and Generate * Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.Build and Maintain * Establish and foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Conduct Sales * Deliver compelling product or service demonstrations tailored to client needs.Travel to Client * Visit client sites regularly to build rapport and provide personalized service.Market * Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.Prepare * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone with charisma and great communication skills, with construction industry sales experience, who is excited to be involved in the effort to keep people safe and healthy at work.The successful candidate ****Bachelor's Degree desiredDemonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals3+ years of construction, insurance, or staffing industry sales experience (preferred), with a successful track record of building relationships with decision-makers at companies (required)Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skillsA high level of emotional intelligenceAbility to travel to client meetings and conferences, mostly around the Carolinas but occasionally elsewhere in the Southeast USValid Driver's License and an excellent driving recordExcellent presentation and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and hardworkingCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and pass a background check and drug screen.BenefitsCompetitive salary, based on experience, plus potential for performance-based commission bonuses100% Company-paid Health, Life, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with company-matched contributionsPaid Time OffVehicle and Gas stipend for business-related travel
