Join the dynamic team at Norman S. Wright as an Inside Technical Sales representative. We are seeking a full-time professional with a strong background in the HVAC industry. In this role, you will work closely with our outside sales team to provide critical support to our customers.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including equipment selection, quoting, tracking orders, and managing the after-sales process for customers. You will also be expected to provide quick, precise responses to customer inquiries, participate in sales meetings and manufacturer training, and actively promote and market our products to generate new business relationships.As a member of our team, youll work collaboratively to develop creative solutions to technical problems and ensure on-time delivery of products to our valued customers. A degree in engineering is preferred, and a strong history in the HVAC industry is required. If youre ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that plays a crucial part in our companys success, we would love to hear from you.**Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on HVAC products and systemsPrepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirementsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clientsCollaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunitiesStay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activitiesAssist in the preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrationsProvide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues**Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related fieldProven experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industryStrong understanding of HVAC systems and componentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailNorman S.
