This position will require you to communicate with customers via phone or email. You must be able to clearly communicate information with customers in a friendly, professional manner. This includes spelling, grammar, punctuation, writing clear concise messages, and speaking clearly at length. You must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You must be able to follow directions from your managers and supervisors. You must be organized with attention to detail. You must be able to follow instructions without question. You must be able to work independently and or on a team. You must be able to follow through on commitments. You must be able to work with little supervision.
