This individual will be responsible for generating and closing both internal and external leads, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our culinary and event planning teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Conversion:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Respond to incoming inquiries, provide detailed information about our services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.Conduct site visits and tastings for potential clients, showcasing our offerings and facilities.Event Coordination:Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to plan and execute events that meet client specifications.Ensure all event details are communicated effectively to relevant departments for seamless execution.Sales Strategy and Reporting:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets.Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasts and market analysis.Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.Provide feedback to management on market trends and client preferences to inform service offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering sales or a related sales role within the hospitality industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client needs.Heart to Heart Catering is an equal opportunity employer.
