You have the ability to align partner initiatives with broader company goals and identify opportunities for joint growth.You thrive in a fast, paced ambiguous environmentProactive self starter who loves to take initiativeExcellent communicator who can intelligently speak to technical solutions and make complicated things sound digestiblePreferred experience in tech sales or selling to financial servicesYou have strong prospecting skills - and a willingness to use themResponsibilities:Sell innovative AI decisioning software solution to fintechs, banks and insurance businessesDevelop a deep understanding of our target markets, ideal customer profiles and value propositionManage a pipeline of high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from lead to close, selling annual subscription contractsSource quality outbound sales pipeline from target accounts through prospectingQualify and manage new opportunities generated by BDRs and Marketing and hand off new customers to our success teamUpsell existing accounts to generate add-on revenueLeverage best-practice sales methodologies like MEDDICC and ChallengerUse CRM and other sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.Report to VP Sales in weekly forecast meetings and 1:1sBenefits:Hybrid work setting. 2 days in person in NYC office$105K - $155K/year base salary + commissionsBonuses + equity packageProfessional development budget to upgrade your wfh setp, attend conferences, etc.Smart, caring and capable team actively combating prejudice and bias in the workplace.Start date: February / March
