Wyebot is a fast-growing company, leading innovation in wireless intelligence and network assurance. We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager reporting to the Director of Channel Sales. This role will carry a primary focus on building pipeline and growing channel revenue with strategic named partners. This position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated, results-driven and have a strong network within the national technology partner ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesExpand relationships and partner-led sales within assigned strategic partnersCollaborate with partners to help them evangelize Wyebot's channel programs and resources to proactively introduce Wyebot solutions to their customersConduct both on-site & virtual partner training and demos required to increase partner skills, competency, and commitment to the Wyebot Partner ProgramWork cross-functionally with channel sales, customer sales, operations, support, and engineering to build business alignment and grow sales through the channelCoordinate partner access to pre sales resources including: customer sales, sales engineering, marketing, overlay resources and other internal Wyebot departments/resources as appropriateCoordinate partner access to post sales resources including: provisioning, programming, technical support and Customer Success as appropriateResolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in an ethical and fair manner aligned with Wyebot's rules of engagement and go-to-market strategySupport inbound partner inquiries including deal registrations to connect partners with the correct Wyebot resources and facilitate introductions to move the process forwardQualifications5+ years of technology vendor experience selling into channels with experience in business development or driving revenue and opportunitiesYou will have a demonstrated track record of success in partner-led sales and executive relationship buildingStrong and consistent track record of overachieving sales goalsAbility to manage partnerships that produce partner-led opportunities and salesHave a strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably from experience garnered working in the enterprise IT spaceExperience growing sales and relationships with DMRs, VARs and MSPsSuperior oral/written communication and listening skills are also a must, given the diverse role types this individual must engage with on a daily basisAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and problem solverSaaS sales experience preferredExperience working within the Networking/WiFi industry a plusAbility to cultivate partner relationships internally, externally, and across teams, as well as the ability to align and bring stakeholders together to drive mutually beneficial outcomesEmbody the trusted advisor mentalityWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemWhy Join Wyebot?At Wyebot, we offer more than just a job; we provide the opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company where your contributions make a tangible impact.
