As a Private Wealth Internal Wholesaler, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the financial advisory community. Your efforts will drive assets under management (AUM), exceed sales goals, and support strategic initiatives within a defined territory. Working as part of a high-performing three-person team alongside a PW Regional Leader and Associate Leader, you will deliver value to brokerage and advisory clients while actively growing your expertise in the financial services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship DevelopmentBuild and nurture relationships with brokers and advisors through proactive outbound communication and responsive support.Serve as a trusted liaison between the home office, outside sales team, and client firms to align objectives and strategies.Sales and Marketing ExecutionConduct outbound calls to provide product insights, share sales ideas, and gather market intelligence.Deliver engaging presentations during virtual and in-person meetings with clients and internal teams.Schedule and coordinate client meetings to promote investment products and drive engagement.Monitor and analyze distribution trends to inform territory strategies and initiatives.Client and Account SupportHandle inbound inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products, accounts, and transactions.Troubleshoot account-related issues and ensure resolutions are communicated effectively.Collaborate with Operations and Client Service teams to address escalations and deliver exceptional service.Strategic Planning and Territory ManagementDevelop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.Manage the territory budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet business objectives.Continuous Learning and DevelopmentStay informed on industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.Participate in sales and marketing training programs, regional meetings, and team development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university.One or more years sales/marketing experience preferred.Series 7 and 63 licenses within an approved time frame.Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong initiative.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and financial systems is a plus.MPG (Madison Professional Group) is a third-party equal opportunity employer.
