The company has a wide range of clientele including private companies and government agencies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Owner at Willis Engineering & Surveying located in Millersport, OH. The Principal Owner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering projects, managing the team, interacting with clients, and ensuring project success. As Principal Owner, the applicant will assume 50% ownership of the company. A future Professional Surveyor, currently working for Willis Engineering & Surveying, will assume the other 50% of the LLC.Qualifications15 years of Engineering expertise including design and construction plan preparation.Project management skillsLeadership and Team management experienceClient interaction and communication skillsExperience in land surveyingBachelors or Masters degree in EngineeringLicensure as a Professional EngineerProficient at Autocad Civil 3D
